3. Account Registration and Security

Enterprise Tier:

Unlimited projects
All Premium features
Advanced team management
Custom integrations
Dedicated account manager
Phone support

4.2 Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
Payment is processed through Google Play Billing
Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
Failed payments may result in service suspension
No refunds for partial months

4.3 Subscription Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade at any time
Upgrades take effect immediately
Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
Data is preserved during plan changes (see Privacy Policy)

4.4 Cancellation

Cancel through Google Play Store settings
Service continues until end of billing period
No refunds for unused portions
Data retention as described in Privacy Policy

5. User Content and Data

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of your content
You grant us a license to store and process your data
We may use anonymized data for service improvement

5.2 Data Storage

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
We implement industry-standard security measures
Data backup and disaster recovery procedures in place

You can export your data at any time
You can delete your account and data

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for illegal activities
Share account credentials
Upload malicious files or viruses
Harass or abuse other users
Attempt to hack or compromise the service
Use automated tools to access the App
Reverse engineer or copy the App
Create fake accounts or impersonate others
Post spam or inappropriate content

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Binding arbitration in Delaware
Arbitration fees split equally
No class action arbitration

For disputes over $10,000:

Small claims court in Delaware
Or federal court in Delaware

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. All disputes must be resolved individually.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be:

Notified via email or in-app notification
Effective 30 days after posting for material changes

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may delete your account.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
